• This License is a legal agreement between You or the Organization on whose behalf you are undertaking the license described below ("The Licensee") and InkArcade ("InkArcade") regarding the use of the digital content ("The Licensed Material") offered by InkArcade.com.
• The purchase of membership or download or use of any files from InkArcade implies that you have read and accepted the conditions of this license.
• InkArcade reserves the right to amend, modify or revise the terms of this agreement at any time without notice.
• Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of this license, and with it, The Licensee's rights to use The Licensed Material.

Terms Of Use

• The download of The Licensed Material from InkArcade can only legally take place when membership has been paid for.
• The Licensed Material is not being sold; it is being provided to The Licensee on a non-exclusive, limited basis.
• The Licensed Material is provided on a shared license, and can not be individually trademarked or copyrighted. Exclusive copyright and ownership remains with InkArcade.
• The Licensee may not do anything with The Licensed Material that is not expressly permitted by the terms of This License.

Grant of Rights

• The Licensee may use the The Licensed Material in any media in a personal or non-commercial project.
• The Licensee may download, store and work on only one copy of each file. (The Licensee is permitted to keep a single copy of The Licensed Material solely for back-up purposes; as long as all proprietary notices are reproduced on this single back-up copy).
• The Licensee may transfer The Licensed Material and its archives from one location to another, provided that it is only used in one location at a time.
• The Licensee may alter, manipulate and create derivative works of The Licensed Material by incorporating The Licensed Material into your own work.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

• Except as expressly stated in this agreement, InkArcade grants to The Licensee no right or license, express or implied, to The Licensed Material.
• InkArcade asserts copyright on all content found on the web pages under the inkarcade.com domain unless otherwise specified.
• All content found on the InkArcade web site is protected under copyright, trademark, proprietary or other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom, and any unauthorized use of such content may violate such laws or this agreement.

Termination & Revocation

This License will terminate automatically without notice if The Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, The Licensee must immediately cease using The Licensed Material and delete all copies of The Licensed Material in The Licensee's posession, confirming the same to InkArcade in writing.

InkArcade reserves the right to limit or revoke the license to use The Licensed Material at any time. Upon notice of any such revocation, The Licensee shall immediately cease using The Licensed Material and shall where possible ensure that any third parties do likewise. The Licensee shall delete all electronic copies of The Licensed Material from all electronic storage media, confirming the same to InkArcade in writing.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Licensed Material provided under the terms of This License are owned by InkArcade and are sold "as is", and "as available", without any warranties or guarantees of any kind expressed or implied. INKARCADE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED MATERIALS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL INKARCADE BE LIABILE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL AND SPECIAL DAMAGES OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF THE INKARCADE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

No Refund Policy

Due to the intangible and thus non-returnable nature of The Licensed Material, InkArcade does not offer refunds or exchanges. However, damaged files will be replaced with a copy of the same file should such a request be made.
