The folks over at myInkBlog have put together a very nice set of map Photoshop brushes… that’s right, Photoshop brushes in the style of old fashioned, weathered and worn world maps. An usual set of Photoshop brushes this one, but definitely very stylish.

Paisley Pattern Photoshop Brushes
This nice set of Paisley pattern Photoshop brushes from Mels Brushes has got a nice sketchy feel to it. The pack is free for personal/non profit use, with a licensed version for commercial projects.
The pack includes a Photoshop ABR brush file and an image pack of transparent PNGs.

Photoshop Brushes: Drippy Sprays
The nice people over at webdesigner depot have just released a nice set of Photoshop brushes called Drippy Sprays. There are 30 brushes in the set which was created by Grant Friedman from Colorburned and as the name suggests the style is urban and grungey.

Photoshop Smoke Brushes Set
Smoke effects are pretty cool. They look great in the grungiest of designs, bringing that extra dimension of mean and moody. Yet against a light background with the right splash of colour, the opposite effect occurs. The plumes of smoke become light, airy and elegant and can enhance the freshest of designs.
